Entitlement: The Accessory You DON'T Need

What is it about weddings that makes people act so badly toward their friends and family? That question has been asked for years but I think we're finally getting an answer. It turns out money - surprise, surprise- is often at the root of the problem. Michelle Singletary writes a column called "The Color of Money" for WashingtonPost.com. Last week wrote an article called, "This Wedding Season: The Gift Of Gall", which details five different you-have-got-to-be-kidding-me wedding stories about money. Definitely worth a read.

I think a lot of it has to do with the society we live in today. Many people in this generation have this sense of entitlement in all areas of life, not just with wedding planning.

It's a big pain in the rear and I'm sick of dealing with it from people.
