Bridezillas Interview: Porsha

- Erica

This week, I had the chance to talk to one of the stars of WE tv's Bridezillas. Porsha was super-friendly and a real firecracker over the phone. I can see why she was chosen for the show!

Porsha has been getting a lot of flak for telling her wedding attendants to workout to get in shape for her nuptials but she says, "I think your bridesmaids should be people who are willing to do whatever you need them to do." And she's not kidding either! Take a look at this clip of her telling her bridesmaid that they'll have to shave their body hair because she "will not have any hairy beasts" at her wedding.

She has two pieces of advice for brides-to-be. She says, "Make your day the way you want it" and when it comes to major wedding vendors "choose the professionals instead of friends". Portia says she received a lot of stress when friends who had promised to help out with the wedding didn't come through. She also said brides should try to get their grooms involved in the details but that "in the end, it all comes down on the bride."

A new episode airs tomorrow (Sunday) night on WE tv, so don't miss it!

I don't know, but the clip wasn't working, maybe a gliche on my side. You may need to re-do the video link.

Can't remember if I saw Portia's episode but OK. Wouldn't be a show without the temper tantrums, bridesmaids put downs and whinning. Good for Portia!

Great clip! Porsha does seem like a real firecracker though nice deep inside. Funny episode with the shavers and water, ready for a shaving session!

I thought Porsha was the most entertaining Bridezilla of all time and although she was over the top, it seems like that’s how she really is! I thought she was one of the best and entertaining Bridezillas that I’ve ever watched. Sometimes when I need a good laugh I just watch it on my phone using the DISH Remote Access app. I went ahead and signed up for the Sling Adapter with my DISH Network employee account so I would never miss a minute of it. I can watch live and pre-recorded content and I don't even have to be at home to do so. The Sling Adapter is normally $99 but with a special promotion with DISH Network, new and existing customers can now get it for free. People can go here to get more information!
