Controversy: The Bachelor Party

Oh, this isn't about whether you should or shouldn't be down with the whole idea of a bachelor party. That's something for the happy couple to figure out. Today's question is this: Should the bachelor party be the night before the biggest day of your life? Or as the folks at AskMen.com put it, "Why would anyone want to get wasted the night before his wedding and spend the next day in a blurry daze?"

What do you think? Has the idea of the typical bachelor party the night before the wedding run it's course? What are the alternatives? Let us know by clicking on comments!

My Husband didn't have a typical Bachelor party the night "before" the wedding. I think that idea is stupid and tacky. Instead, a few weeks before the wedding, he went on a golf trip with his buddies for some guy time, which was fine with me.

Bachelor parties can be a touchy subject for many people. I think that ground rules should be set and you should respect your partner in everything that you do. Additionally, I think safety is very important. Planing transportation ahead of time is important so that everyone can have a good time and not worry about being a designated driver.

Yes I agree, Limos are a great way to go. You can sit back relax and have a great time and let your chauffeur take care of everything.
